(168) Il-proċedura ta’ eżami għandha tintuża għall-adozzjoni ta’ atti ta’ implimentazzjoni dwar klawżoli kuntrattwali standard bejn il-kontrolluri u l-proċessuri u bejn il-proċessuri; il-kodiċijiet ta’ kondotta; standards tekniċi u mekkaniżmi għaċ-ċertifikazzjoni; il-livell adegwat ta’ protezzjoni li tingħata minn pajjiż terz, territorju jew settur speċifikat fi ħdan dak il-pajjiż terz, jew organizzazzjoni internazzjonali; klawżoli standard ta’ protezzjoni; formati u proċeduri għall-iskambju ta’ informazzjoni bejn il-kontrolluri, il-proċessuri u l-awtoritajiet superviżorji għal regoli korporattivi vinkolanti; assistenza reċiproka; u arranġamenti għall-iskambju ta’ informazzjoni b’mezzi elettroniċi bejn l-awtoritajiet superviżorji, u bejn l-awtoritajiet superviżorji u l-Bord.
(168) The examination procedure should be used for the adoption of implementing acts on standard contractual clauses between controllers and processors and between processors; codes of conduct; technical standards and mechanisms for certification; the adequate level of protection afforded by a third country, a territory or a specified sector within that third country, or an international organisation; standard protection clauses; formats and procedures for the exchange of information by electronic means between controllers, processors and supervisory authorities for binding corporate rules; mutual assistance; and arrangements for the exchange of information by electronic means between supervisory authorities, and between supervisory authorities and the Board.
