(140) 委員會應由歐盟資料保護監管機關所提供之秘書協助之。有參 與執行本規則授權予委員會之任務的歐盟資料保護監管機關職員僅 得在委員會主席之指示下執行其任務，並應向委員會主席報告。
(140) The Board should be assisted by a secretariat provided by the European Data Protection Supervisor.
The staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor involved in carrying out the tasks conferred on the Board by this Regulation should perform its tasks exclusively under the instructions of, and report to, the Chair of the Board.
