Article 75 GDPR. Secretariat

1. Valdyba turi sekretoriatą, kurio paslaugas teikia Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūno įstaiga.

1. The Board shall have a secretariat, which shall be provided by the European Data Protection Supervisor.

2. Sekretoriatas vykdo savo užduotis laikydamasis išmintinai Valdybos pirmininko nurodymų.

2. The secretariat shall perform its tasks exclusively under the instructions of the Chair of the Board.

3. Vykdant šiuo reglamentu Valdybai pavestas užduotis dalyvaujantys Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūno įstaigos darbuotojai atsiskaito skirtingiems vadovams, nei darbuotojai, vykdantys Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūnui pavestas užduotis.

3. The staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor involved in carrying out the tasks conferred on the Board by this Regulation shall be subject to separate reporting lines from the staff involved in carrying out tasks conferred on the European Data Protection Supervisor.

4. Tam tikrais atvejais Valdyba ir Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūnas parengia ir paskelbia susitarimo memorandumą, kuriuo įgyvendinamas šis straipsnis; jame apibrėžiamos jų bendradarbiavimo sąlygos ir jis taikomas Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūno įstaigos darbuotojams, dalyvaujantiems vykdant šiuo reglamentu Valdybai pavestas užduotis.

4. Where appropriate, the Board and the European Data Protection Supervisor shall establish and publish a Memorandum of Understanding implementing this Article, determining the terms of their cooperation, and applicable to the staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor involved in carrying out the tasks conferred on the Board by this Regulation.

5. Sekretoriatas Valdybai teikia analitinę, administracinę ir logistinę paramą.

5. The secretariat shall provide analytical, administrative and logistical support to the Board.

6. Sekretoriatas visų pirma atsako už:

a) Valdybos kasdienę veiklą;

(a) the day-to-day business of the Board;

b) Valdybos narių, jos pirmininko ir Komisijos tarpusavio ryšius;

(b) communication between the members of the Board, its Chair and the Commission;

c) ryšius su kitomis institucijomis ir visuomene;

(c) communication with other institutions and the public;

d) elektroninių priemonių naudojimą vidaus ir išorės ryšiams palaikyti;

(d) the use of electronic means for the internal and external communication;

e) reikšmingos informacijos vertimą;

(e) the translation of relevant information;

f) Valdybos posėdžių rengimą ir su jais susijusią tolesnę veiklą;

(f) the preparation and follow-up of the meetings of the Board;

g) su Valdybos priimamomis nuomonėmis, sprendimais dėl priežiūros institucijų ginčų išsprendimo ir kitais tekstais susijusį parengiamąjį darbą, jų rengimą ir paskelbimą.

(g) the preparation, drafting and publication of opinions, decisions on the settlement of disputes between supervisory authorities and other texts adopted by the Board.

(140) Valdybai turėtų padėti Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūno sekretoriatas. Su šiuo reglamentu Valdybai pavestų užduočių vykdymu susiję Europos duomenų apsaugos priežiūros pareigūno darbuotojai savo užduotis turėtų atlikti laikydamiesi išmintinai tik Valdybos pirmininko nurodymų ir būdami jam atskaitingi;

(140) The Board should be assisted by a secretariat provided by the European Data Protection Supervisor. The staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor involved in carrying out the tasks conferred on the Board by this Regulation should perform its tasks exclusively under the instructions of, and report to, the Chair of the Board.
