(167) 본 규정의 시행에 대한 균일한 조건을 보장하기 위해, 본 규정에서 규정하고 있는 경우, 집행위원회에 시행 권한이 부여되어야 한다.
이 권한은 규정서 (EU) No 182/2011에 따라 행사되어야 한다.
이러한 정황에서 집행위원회는 영세기업과 중소기업을 위한 구체적인 조치를 고려해야 한다.
(167) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission when provided for by this Regulation.
Those powers should be exercised in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 182/2011.
In that context, the Commission should consider specific measures for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
