Recital 140
(140) 유럽 데이터보호이사회는 유럽 개인정보보호감독관이 제공하는 사무처의 지원을 받아야 한다.
본 규정에 의해 유럽 데이터보호이사회에 부여된 업무를 수행하는 유럽 개인정보보호 감독관 직원들은 오로지 유럽 데이터보호이사회 의장의 지시에 따라 업무를 수행하고 의장에게 보고해야 한다.
(140) The Board should be assisted by a secretariat provided by the European Data Protection Supervisor.
The staff of the European Data Protection Supervisor involved in carrying out the tasks conferred on the Board by this Regulation should perform its tasks exclusively under the instructions of, and report to, the Chair of the Board.
