(120) Iedere toezichthoudende autoriteit dient te beschikken over de financiële en personele middelen en de bedrijfsruimten en infrastructuur die noodzakelijk zijn om haar taken, waaronder die in het kader van wederzijdse bijstand en samenwerking met andere toezichthoudende autoriteiten in de Unie, effectief uit te voeren.
Iedere toezichthoudende autoriteit dient over een eigen, openbare jaarlijkse begroting te beschikken, die deel kan uitmaken van de algemene staats- of nationale begroting.
(120) Each supervisory authority should be provided with the financial and human resources, premises and infrastructure necessary for the effective performance of their tasks, including those related to mutual assistance and cooperation with other supervisory authorities throughout the Union.
Each supervisory authority should have a separate, public annual budget, which may be part of the overall state or national budget.
