(3) Účelem směrnice Evropského parlamentu a Rady 95/46/ES (4) je harmonizovat právní předpisy o ochraně základních práv a svobod fyzických osob v souvislosti s činnostmi zpracování a zajistit volný pohyb osobních údajů mezi členskými státy.
