(3) Europos Parlamento ir Tarybos direktyva 95/46/EB [4] siekiama suderinti fizinių asmenų pagrindinių teisių ir laisvių apsaugą vykdant duomenų tvarkymo veiklą ir užtikrinti laisvą asmens duomenų judėjimą tarp valstybių narių;
