Recital 126
(126) 결정은 선임 감독기관 및 관련 감독기관들에 의해 공동으로 합의되어야 하고, 컨트롤러나 프로세서의 주 사업장이나 단일 사업장을 대상으로 하며, 컨트롤러와 프로세서에 대해 구속력이 있어야 한다.
컨트롤러나 프로세서는 본 규정의 준수하기 위해 필요한 조치를 취하고, 유럽연합 내 개인정보 처리활동에 대해 컨트롤러나 프로세서의 주 사업장에 통보한 선임 감독기관의 결정을 이행하기 위해 필요한 조치를 취해야 한다.
(126) The decision should be agreed jointly by the lead supervisory authority and the supervisory authorities concerned and should be directed towards the main or single establishment of the controller or processor and be binding on the controller and processor.
The controller or processor should take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with this Regulation and the implementation of the decision notified by the lead supervisory authority to the main establishment of the controller or processor as regards the processing activities in the Union.
