Artikel 76 DSGVO. Vertraulichkeit
1. The discussions of the Board shall be confidential where the Board deems it necessary, as provided for in its rules of procedure.
(1) Die Beratungen des Ausschusses sind gemäß seiner Geschäftsordnung vertraulich, wenn der Ausschuss dies für erforderlich hält.
2. Access to documents submitted to members of the Board, experts and representatives of third parties shall be governed by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council [21].
(2) Der Zugang zu Dokumenten, die Mitgliedern des Ausschusses, Sachverständigen und Vertretern von Dritten vorgelegt werden, wird durch die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1049/2001 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates [21] geregelt.
