Recital 82
(82) 이 규정의 준수를 입증하기 위해, 컨트롤러 또는 프로세서는 책임을 갖고 처리 활동 기록을 관리해야 한다.
컨트롤러와 프로세서 각각은 감독기관과 협력할 의무를 지녀야 하며, 이러한 처리작업에 대한 모니터링을 하기 위해, 요청 시 해당 자료를 열람가능하게 해야한다.
(82) In order to demonstrate compliance with this Regulation, the controller or processor should maintain records of processing activities under its responsibility.
Each controller and processor should be obliged to cooperate with the supervisory authority and make those records, on request, available to it, so that it might serve for monitoring those processing operations.
