(161) Für die Zwecke der Einwilligung in die Teilnahme an wissenschaftlichen Forschungstätigkeiten im Rahmen klinischer Prüfungen sollten die einschlägigen Bestimmungen der Verordnung (EU) Nr.
536/2014 des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates [15] gelten.
